Had my out of warranty 19 F150 needing a cam phaser kit replacement. C&C was slightly lower $ than Ford dealership and gave military discount. Communication from service writer April was approachable and clear before, during, and after repairs. Technician Brad carried job out perfectly. Some people don't like when shops look at things not asked for, but I do. Brad found front brakes that I had changed few years ago to be good, but my rear brakes were 1mm. C&C always calls to give you the options of repair or not with up front pricing. Thats why I have used them for decades and will continue to do so.

Great communication and service! April is a rockstar!! Brad was knowledgeable and very patient with his us and his diagnosis. The ability to use a loaner car was a game changer for us and an incredible asset offered by C&C! In days where money takes precedent over the customer, it’s wonderful knowing the customer matters at C&C!!!! Thank you!!

C & C has always been our go to for inspections on used vehicles, Because they are so thorough, and have a 28 point checklist covering all systems. This allows us to prioritize what must be done immediately, and what can be done in six months time Prompt, professional, and absolutely delightful to deal with over several decades. Have not ever had anything other than fabulous experiences, and subsequently wouldn’t even consider going to another shop!

Chris was absolutely amazing with communication, walking me step by step on what’s going on with my 2018 jeep compass. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was heard and understood. Kevin, the tech whom worked on my car was awesome with going over what he did while working on my car. They were timely, up front with pricing, and even offered me a ride home/there since I was down a car. I would definitely bring my car back to them if any future issues occurred. Amazing business!

Clean and relaxing. Friendly and quick service. Offers coffee. They will get you in and out depending on the issue. We didn't start long.

Mechanic was awesome not to rush diagnosis or fix something that did not need to be fixed since my truck is a 2009 truck. He flushed the engine and check all valves for leaks or cracks and check engine light has been off since last week. My motor mounts and transmission mounts very old so I went ahead and got that fixed . Truck sounds so much better and is so far getting up hills faster . Communication was great with April who let me know what was going on and when it would be fixed and explained repairs thoroughly and cost. She has awesome people communication skills and great to work with . Cheyenne is also very helpful and great person to work with . Your company needs to keep these two gals. Front desk very helpful and pleasant when I came in. Want to thank the two gentlemen that gave me shuttle rides for they were on time and professional . Will bring my truck here from now on for sure . Thank you everyone.

C&C Automotive is one of the best shops I've ever used. They solved the issue with my transmission. The staff, the mechanic and everyone involved were extremely patient and listen to my concerns and then thank goodness they got it fixed. Highly recommend this shop.

While traveling home from a medical emergency in North Carolina, our 2014 Buick Enclave ran hot! 100 miles from home! We added coolant but the radiator was not getting cool. We happened upon C & C Automotive - Bobby Hobbs and his team! They were timely, informative and tested the vehicle before returning it to us. We were traveling with a 2 year old and 7 year old autistic son. The vehicle had to be safe and they made sure it was. The facility was clean, complimentary coffee and the media area was welcoming. If you need service for your vehicle, you can not go wrong by having it serviced here! As women, sometimes, you get bad service but not here!!! Thanks again!
